SlipStack captures your clients' receipts at source — photographed on WhatsApp or forwarded by email — and posts them into the Xero or Sage books you already manage, with the source document attached. You run the whole book from one practice dashboard.

The ledger work is skilled and billable. Getting the paperwork out of a client's bakkie, handbag or WhatsApp gallery is neither — and it sets the pace for everything downstream.
Reminders for missing slips are unbillable work that makes you look like the difficult one. The client isn't withholding documents — they simply lost them between the till and the shoebox.
Capture that could have been spread across thirty days arrives in a pile at month-end, so your capacity peaks and troughs instead of running level.
Every hour a junior spends keying slips and hunting for source documents is an hour not spent on review, advisory or the next client.
One path per receipt, every time. Your client does the first step; SlipStack does the next three; you do the last one.
A photo of the slip on WhatsApp, or a supplier invoice forwarded to their own SlipStack email address. Nothing to install.
Supplier, date, total and VAT are extracted from the document, with South African date formats and the 15% rate in mind.
The source document goes into the client's own Google Drive, organised by month — not into a vault we control.
Straight into the client's Xero or Sage, with the document attached to the transaction so the evidence travels with the figure.
Every client, their receipt counts and anything waiting on you, on one screen in your partner portal.
One partner login covers your whole client list — adding clients, setting their plans, checking what's landed and pulling the month-end paperwork.
Your dashboard lists each client with the receipts they've captured this month and their setup status, so a client who signed up but never finished connecting their Drive is visible instead of quietly dormant. Firm-wide totals sit above the list.
Enter their name, WhatsApp number, email and plan, and SlipStack gives you a single setup link to send. All the client does is authorise their own Google Drive and their accounting connection — no forms, no account creation, nothing to install. Links stay valid for 14 days and you can reissue one from the client's page whenever it lapses.
Pull a branded month-end pack straight from a client's page: the month's totals, spend by category, top suppliers and a full receipt register. Useful as the cover page on a management report, or as the thing you send a client who just wants to know where the money went.
Plans differ by how many receipts a month and how many users a client gets. Move a growing client up and the caps apply immediately, with the new rate carried into the next monthly charge. Every plan includes the Google Sheet cost dashboard.
Open any client to see their posted expenses with the original slip or invoice attached to each one. When SARS asks for supporting documents, or a partner queries a figure, the answer is a click rather than a request to the client.
On firm-billed accounts your practice is charged once a month for every client you manage, at your partner rate, and your clients never see a SlipStack checkout. Prefer to stay out of the billing entirely? Let clients pay us directly and earn the partner rate as commission instead.
Status moves with the number of active clients you're running on SlipStack. There is no application to fill in and no volume commitment to sign — add clients and the rate follows.
Status is counted on active clients and applies automatically as your book grows — nothing to claim. List prices per client, per month: Solo R99 · Starter R199 · Growth R299 · Team R499, each including the Google Sheet cost dashboard. Running a book that doesn't fit the ladder? Both models carry the same partner rate. The choice is about whether SlipStack appears on your client's bank statement or on yours.
One consolidated monthly charge to the practice card, covering every client you manage, at your partner rate.
Your clients pay SlipStack directly at list price and your practice earns the partner rate as commission.
Plainly stated, because you'll be asked. We hold no certifications and don't claim any — here is exactly how the data sits.
Every slip and invoice is filed to the client's own Google Drive folder, under their own Google account. If you or they ever leave SlipStack, the source documents are already where they belong — there is nothing to export.
Qelo, Cape Town, is the responsible party for POPIA purposes and names an Information Officer. Records are kept while an account is active and for five years thereafter, in line with the retention expected of financial records.
A client you onboard is created opted out of marketing email, because your practice can't give marketing consent on a client's behalf. They can opt in themselves later; until then they only get service messages.
Full detail on POPIA, security practices, retention periods and data-subject rights is published and kept current.
