Do I need to install an app?
No. SlipStack works entirely inside WhatsApp — the app you already use every day. You just save the SlipStack number and send it your receipts.
Where do my receipts and documents go?
Into your own Google Drive — you connect your account during setup, and every receipt is filed there as both an image and a PDF, organised by year and month. You own and control the documents at all times.
Which accounting systems does it work with?
SlipStack posts expense entries to Xero and Sage One ZA, with the receipt attached so it's ready for bank reconciliation. You connect your accounting account securely during onboarding.
Is the extraction accurate?
It's highly accurate, with South African VAT and date checks built in — and it always shows you what it captured so you can confirm before anything is filed. You stay in control.
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days free, with no card required. If SlipStack is saving you time, you move onto a paid plan from R149/month. If it isn't, you simply stop — nothing is charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
